I read three fiction books this year. After a 15 year break where I revisited some old favorites, and read a lot of non-fiction, art books, and ttrpgs. I also binged some manga but it's not cost effective because I read too fast. I might set a challenge for this year, might not. Be kind to yourself.

I just want to be left alone with my head cold, my characters who would really like some sexy times, and some fudge. But no. SO MANY DEMANDS. Also no more fudge. #writingcommunity

It's rare, in life, that we get to look at something we know is a horrible choice, and think "damn, that is a s'more themed piece of fudge, and it has a marshmallow center" and gladly embrace our humanity, which is to say, the right to make some damn poor choices in pursuit of instant gratification.
