According to the Constitution, every single human being in the United States of America has a RIGHT - not just a privilege, a RIGHT - to due process. Every. Single. Person. If the Trump regime can deny that right to one person, what makes you think they won't do it to you?

Kilmar Garcia, who lived in Maryland and was in the U.S. *legally*, was deported by the Trump regime and sent to a notoriously violent prison in El Salvador. This is the whole ball game, folks. If Trump is allowed to deport whoever he wants, regardless of legal status, it's over. We're done.
