This means that one should either become a (new) member or renew their annual CAA membership for 2026. The cost of this is managed by CAA International and range from € 10 to € 75, depending on your circumstances. Please visit the membership website for more information. In addition, as the Conference supports concessionary registration, please note that the concessionary fee is tied to the concessionary membership. Please note that **coffee breaks** at the venue, as well as the **welcome reception** are included in the registration price. The registration does not cover the conference dinner and the excursion. Participants are welcome to bring their accompanying person to the conference venue and to participate in social events and excursions. A separate registration is not required. An accompanying person’s badge will be issued upon request during the on-site registration. **Take home a souvenir from CAA2026 in Vienna** : we offer two options to order – a _bag package_ (included is a branded cotton bag, pencil, block and 16 GB flash drive) and a _CAA2026 bottle_.
