I have to thank Apple customer service for helping me solve a situation that was difficult in so many ways. My deceased fiancee and I were on a shared family plan and now that he's no longer with me, the sharing of our information had been messed up. It's took me 5 years to even make the call...

My job is talking to people on the phone and recording audios. Every single Monday, no matter what time I try to start working, the lawn guys have to start mowing right outside my window. WTF? I can start at 8 they will be there. I can start at 10 and they will wait for me.
