Finally making the change from Photoshop to Clip Studio Paint. I kept holding hope that Adobe would pivot to improving quality of core tools, but they seem hyper focused on AI, to the point of neglecting glaring bugs for multiple updates. For sure will not miss paying monthly.

What's the worst thing about modern technology and why is it the soul crushing automation of human creativity?

Every now and then I remember hearing on public radio that technology has outstripped/outpaced humanities ability to adapt to it or cope with it. It leaves me to wonder if the whole "techbro" mindset isn't just some maladaptation to a world that's changing too fast.

You come to an opening in the canyon, to your right is the opening to some sort of cavern, flanked by two towering guardians seemingly carved in great detail from a single piece of black granite.

I never know what to caption my artwork with. I don't title much of it either, so I'm often just left wishing I didn't have to say anything at all. Anyway here's something inspired by a spring road trip in NC.
