Lentil soup with onion, garlic, carrot, celery, zucchini, tomatoes, and basmati rice cooked in homemade vegetable broth. For spices, I ground chili peppers, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, cumin, and coriander, and after the soup was done, I squeezed in the juice of four lemons.
