So: The NH PUC just issued a two-sentence order dismissing our rehearing motion as "moot." You be the judge. The journey across town in Concord can be a drag but I do know how to find the New Hampshire Supreme Court.

Crowdsource Q: Is it ok for me, as Consumer Advocate, to post my columns and other expressions of my opinion to the office web site, oca.nh.gov? As I explore a new home for my Power to the People column, I'm surprised by several suggestions that posting to the office web page would be improper.

I met some fans of my column today. I didn’t have the heart to tell them that InDepthNH.org has decided to cancel the column, effective immediately. Should I try to marshal support for reversing this decision? Or just move on? I can, after all, run my musings on the office we site (OCA.nh.gov).
