This evening Muffin climbed on my shoulder for the first time which is amazing progress She did have a bite of my ear and thumb though which is not so amazing 😅

I adore this little rat and how much she has progressed in the short time I’ve had her 😭 No biting but very unsure about being on the human lap

Muffin is slowly learning that not all humans are bad humans This breaks my heart to see a rat flinch, I can very much see what the humans who had her had done to her. I’ve never rescued a rat who flinches as much as Muffin does Hug your pets ❤️
