well today has been...interesting !! experiencing a heatwave on adhd meds for the 1st time was not fun but made it through lol ;w; mum had to do some emergency wet towel, flannel + water bucket action to cool me down asap as i was on the verge of heat exhaustion 🙂‍↕️
