Coming around to the time of year where I'll be seeing extended family who've not really seen me since I lost weight. While I know the comments will be nice and kind, a small part of me is going "Oh no." in a way that makes me realize I've gained a lot of confidence, but still have a ways to go. 😅

Also! So maybe people don't worry too much: I'm ~5'3", so I don't feel unreasonable for losing more weight in body fat, and then later will build up more muscle. I'm keeping healthy as I can for sure, and I am *not* a tall guy by any means so this weight sits on me differently for sure, LOL

CW: Weight So... Seeing this is on the scale is absolutely wild to me, and I'll probably process this later, but the fact that this means I'm down 95 pounds in 2 years is something I would not have thought possible back then, let alone happening. I'm very, very proud of myself though 🥹

Been feeling *really* good about my workouts lately with the new split. Strength has been going up, I don't feel so physically run-down as before doing so much in one workout, and tracking has been soooo helpful. (Also my username is the same on Hevy as it is here if you want to follow!)
