Having a really good pain day followed immediately by a really bad pain day really reinforces that no, I’m not crazy, and yes, chronic pain severely limits what you’re able to do. I mean I knew that already, but experiencing the two extremes back to back really hammers the point home.

Man, it's wild how different stuff is from one another. Coworkers and family were talking about how awful the John Kirk thing or whatever his name was is, but I just felt bad for his kids cause that's traumatizing and they didn't ask for this. Turns out I'm not alone.
