Aaaand I got a flat tire. Welp.

I was using Blender to prototype modular architecture for a game project and had probably 10+ hours in it over the course of a week or so in this one file, and upon loading it up today, discovered that half the objects are all fucked up for some reason.

I sure hope I can sleep sometime soon... Got things to do tomorrow. :|

Bday gift to myself was a nice pair of yoga pants. They ended up being probably the most comfy thing I've ever worn. Also they make my thighs and butt look insane, damn... My only complaint is that they don't have pockets.

Figured out a quick and easy method to block out sprite placeholders: just animating a crappy model in Blender, exporting the frames to Aseprite, and exporting the trimmed sprite as a sprite sheet. The two sprites here are from 2023 though, from my first attempt at a fighting game engine.

I finished painting this fencer lady:

the proportions are jank and the legs aren't the same size but this was probably the most I've enjoyed drawing anything in 2 or 3 years and I'd like to do more like it
