I talk often about the challenge with infrastructure being people can’t imagine what they haven’t seen. Congestion pricing in New York working isn’t surprising except to the vast majority of people who have never seen such a thing. And that is really important. Helps us imaging a different future.

Literally worst possible weather in Toronto this morning (2 c, raining solidly and very windy). Was hard to find a bike share and I had lots of company in the bike lanes. I’m riding a lot more this winter as I’m (too) often running late and biking is the fastest way around.

The biggest issue facing North American cities is change management.
