Its interesting to see INSPiRE-ICU2 protocol being published recently. It's an RCT in the US comparing safety and efficacy of isoflurane vs propofol in MV ICU pts. I wonder whether the results will be similar to the recently published SESAR trial or in fact show benefit. #pharmsky #medsky
