Ran a fat ass 50k today. I was nervous, as it would be my longest training run since my September DNF at Divide 200 and my fitness has generally felt slow to return. The run went well and running felt mostly great! I did have an underfoot blister I couldn’t fix, though, it made for a painful day.

I don't like the surveys that car manufacturers send out after service. The service advisors warn: "This is my report card. I hope you rate me 5 stars, anything less than a 10 is failing." The survey arrives: "How likely are you to recommend this dealer?" Dude, it was an oil change.
