Saw A Real Pain this evening. I'm predisposed to love anything Kieran Culkin is in, and this is no different. It'll stay with me. The Chopin soundtrack was the icing on the cake for me, and Culkin's eyes in the last shot of the film - real pain.

Last night was immense. Up the Spurs.

Saw Spirited Away at the Barbican Cinema with my sons this evening. Seen it many times, Studio Ghibli films are part of their childhood, and what a treat to see it on the big screen. Enchantingly beautiful animation.

I missed seeing The Outrun in the cinema, finally watched it today. Saoirse Ronan is outstanding and it's a heartbreakingly beautiful film that I'll be thinking about for a long time. A good film to watch at the start of a new year.

Twice a year, I run Foxtrot with a group of friends. Organised by a pal, it's a pub run in and around London. Usually 8 pubs, a drink in each and the route always includes a pub with "fox" in the name, in honour of the starting pub of the first Foxtrot: The Fox, Hanwell. Today is the winter fixture.

Picturehouse cinemas had a "flash sale" on memberships this weekend. Just joined, now sat in their lovely Ealing cinema. Looking forward to going to the cinema more often :)

Sat in my old ST seat, was lovely to see familiar faces after a year or so. An enjoyable wee afternoon, for a solo Billy no mates trip to the game. Having a wee pint, watching the world go by on the High Road. Love Tottenham
