Hugely important resource: Immigrants Belong, a collaboration between Define American and Tides Foundation, has released a toolkit with research-backed strategies to fight anti-immigrant lies online. If you're an organization or creator who wants to stand up for immigrant rights, you need this.

Here's the thing to remember this Giving Tuesday: Donors already have the resources to equip grassroots nonprofits with everything they need.

How companies can increase their impact on Giving Tuesday: 1) Take some of the money you’re planning to donate to charity. 2) Give it to your Employee Resource Groups as a grantmaking budget. 3) Let the employees most directly affected by inequality choose which organizations to donate to.

Since we're all thinking about food, a reminder that food policy councils can do A LOT to advance food justice and are almost always underfunded. The Better Food Policy Fund, a collective action fund at Tides Foundation, made this video to explain food policy councils and how you can get involved.

PSA to anyone who tries to tell you this is a business decision: DEI programs like the ones Walmart is rolling back are proven to *improve* companies' financial performance by engaging customers and attracting/retaining talent. In one study, they slashed employee attrition risk by 50%.
