However, if we're talking strictly shows that started in the 2000s, I'd go with Chowder. Some of the strongest comedy I've seen in a show combined with a lovable cast of characters, fantastic art with tons of visual variety, and so on. It deserved better I feel.

I feel like it'd depend on how you define a 2000's show, cause there's a few that started in 1999 that I feel most peeps would probably associate more with the 2000s. Like it's hard for me to consider SpongeBob a 90's show for example when the first season wasn't even finished by the end of 1999.
