#ComicbookIvebeenreading. The Thing: Project Pegasus HC. Collecting Marvel Two-In-One #42-43, #53-58. Now this is the beginning of the classic Era of Two-In-One. Tight storytelling by Ralp Macchio and Mark Gruenwald, beautiful art by Sal Buscema, John Byrne and George Perez.

#ComicbookIvebeenreading. Marvel Two-In-One Epic Collection Vol. 3. Collects Marvel Two-In-One #37-52, Annuals 2-4 & Avengers Annual 7. A real mixed bag of nuts with not great stories. The best offering are by Jim Starlin and John Byrne.

#ComicIvebeenreading. Marvel Two-In-One Epic Collection Vol. 2 Collects Fatastic Four Annual 11, Marvel Two-In-One #20, 22-36 & Annual 1. A good read. #21 is missing, I suspect due to rights over Doc Savage. Contains the whole Spider-Woman arc. Onto Vol. 3.

#ComicbookIvebeenreading. Silver Surfer Omnibus Vol. 1, collecting Silver Surfer 1-18, Fantastic Four Annual 5 & Not Brand Echh 13. A quick read, beautiful John Buscema art especially inked by Joe Sinnott. Dangling plots were: Where is Shalla-Bal & Surfer delaring vengeance on mankind.

#ComicbookIvebeenreading. Marvel Team-Up Omnibus Vol. 1. Collects Marvel Team-Up 1-30, Daredevil 103, Giant-Size Super-Heroes 1, & Giant-Size Spider-Man 1-3. This was a bit of a slog to read. The middle section's some classic stories by Len Wein, but the first & last few issues are a tough read.

ICE not only manhandled and terrorized a 10th grader who is an American citizen, they stole his phone. And then they sold it. I repeat, they stole his phone, and then they sold it.

#ComicbookIvebeenreading. The Warlord by Mike Grell Omnibus Vol. 1. While a beautiful book, thankfully Grell has grown by leaps and bounds as a writer since these early days.

#ComicbookIvebeenreading. Marvel Knights: The World to Come #5. Ketema's plan for World domination is working but watch out, Daddy's home!

#ComicbookIvebeenreading. Marvel Knights: The Punisher #3. Frank has been un-zombiefied and punishes himself for all the innocent lives he took. But worse is coming for those who made him do it.

#ComicbookIvebeenreading. Justice League Unlimited #14. The Terrific Ten continue to fall.

#ComicbookIvebeenreading. Thor #5, winter break variant by Netho Diaz. Not sure what Blake's deal is yet, but still enjoying this series.

#ComicbookIvebeenreading. Batman & Robin: Year One TPB. Good read. The first 7-8 issues are great. Sambee's art is pretty and Waid nails the characters, but the last 3rd of the books drags a bit in my opinion.

#ComicbookIvebeenreading. Youngblood #2. As usual with Liefeld, I have no idea what's going on. The art is pretty and there's more characters than you can shake a stick at.

#ComicbookIvebeenreading. The Will of Doom #1. I enjoyed this issue. I thought there would be conditions to become the heir of Doom. But it makes sense he chose who he did.

#ComicbookIvebeenreading. Absolute Batman #15. Not the first appearance of Jack Grimm, but the first appearance of his alter-ego, The Joker. I missed Nick Dragotta on art. Not sure what I think of this new Joker origin.

#ComicbookIvebeenreading. Absolute Superman #14. The Battle of Kansas, the Finale. Kal-El vs Ra's Al Ghul. The hero triumphant.

#ComicbookIvebeenreading. Geiger #19. Ashley Arden, the glowing woman, is on a path of redemption. Criminals beware. Featuring a surprise guest star in the last two pages, leading into the next story in the saga of the Unnamed. Cover by Jim Lee.
