On Wednesday, Sadiq Khan told me rough sleeping in London will get worse in 2025 before we see an improvement in 2026. New CHAIN stats published today reveal he’s right. In Oct-Dec 24 we saw a 5% increase in the no. of people rough sleeping, and a 26% annual rise of people on the streets long-term.
