I'm back from my first ever Furry Migration and had a lot of fun at a bird room party, running into cute furs and birds in the lobby and dealer's den, shaking my skunk tail on the dance floor, and saw success co-hosting my first meet & greet! Our Sunday morning Iowa meet saw at least 45 attendees.

I'm at Furry Migration, and tomorrow at 11am @jakeyjaketheskunko.bsky.social and I will be hosting a meet and greet for furs from Iowa! Attendance from all Iowa people at this convention is expected.

Today I unlocked myself as a playable character in Star Racer! Beyond being a vehicle to demonstrate peak pelican performance, the game is a lot of fun!

I've been playing Star Racer and working on unlocking myself as a playable character. It looks like I'm close to seeing the challenge race.

Here is most of my haul from AnthroCon 2025 dealers room and sticker exchanges. The major items are paws for my skunk from Spilt Grape Soda, a Camp Howl corvid hoodie, a button-down with bird print from ArtSea Animal, a rocket pop fan from Limey the Cheetah, and dice from Alien Gryphon Studios.

Yesterday I hosted a house party with local furs Jakey, Ammo, Caust, Cube, Kai, Hayden, Wildfire, Dean, and Raver. We had fun with some fursuiting, going for all-you-can-eat sushi, watching Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, and we had this custom cake.

I have a sixth part to my Telegram sticker pack live now divided into two image galleries due to size! They're all by @codyf0xx.bsky.social. There are more general expressions to fill in gaps in the pack, like sadness and anger, more interactions with YCH bird, and memes, including novel ones!

Lots of neat games released recently or soon will be, but lately I've had older interests. Started the year with the anniversary edition of Fable 1, itself ten-years old, and want the remaster of Oblivion, one of all-time favorites, and Gex. I also dream of a crossover where Gex fights Daedra.

I earned all the achievements on the Steam version of that Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles arcade game from 2017 and now can make a completionist showcase just of games about reptiles who hit things.

One of the things I want left in 2024 is advertisers referring to their every product or service as a "game changer." That phrase isn't new, but I heard it so frequently last year that it frustrated me more than repeated advertisements already do. The ads were never about games either.

Furry friends were over yesterday for construction of a duct tape dummy and then various shenanigans - featuring Caust, Cube, Ammodog, @jakeyjaketheskunko.bsky.social (not in these pictures), and Hayden (with me wearing his skunk suit).

Yesterday I finally finished a couple games of furry cooperative Defenders of the Wild with @jakeyjaketheskunko.bsky.social as The Order, Cube as The Sect, Caust as The Coven, and me as The Council. The first game was a loss to machine construction, and we won the second attempt.

Completionist showcase of games that were on Kickstarter that fully released in 2024 including Master Key, Dark Sky (formerly Xenotheria), Baladins, and Mercury Abbey. MoonFire: A Seeker's Saga can be added when it gets profile eligibility, and I'm close to the final achievements in ZERO Sievert.

I recently finished Mercury Abbey, the furry puzzle game with pixel graphics. The art is neat, but to me the story kind of fell apart, and the translation is disappointingly rough. One questionable aspect is this optional scene featuring a character called the Bad Dragon who isn't mentioned again.

This stunning painting-style piece of Pelican nature hiking commissioned from TechieSxC (Silver Wolfy and ArtZ) was finished while I was away. Seeing the full size and details after returning home made me gasp. This and the Fur Affinity upload are resized to fit a file size limit.

This might be my last post about MFF2024, and then I can show off new commissions! Here's the convention haul; the print in the middle is of course by @aetusart.com. I don't usually care about the convention theme, but the heist was fun! I collected a full set of the heist cards.

Last year at MFF, I serendipitously stumbled upon some kind of red panda group photo. This year on Saturday I unexpectedly crossed this herd of cervids and their reindeer games before a group march and rally. Also in the gaming den at midnight this gamer fox didn't listen to Falco.

I arrived home from Midwest FurFest late last night after seven nights away. Just like last year, I met and hugged many birds. Here are some select pictures from after the avians and birds meetup on Sunday morning.

This year I planned ahead for Midwest FurFest enough to do more than print the badge at a drug store and put it in a recycled medical convention ID holder. Behold the badge Sketchy / Lukaryo made in 2021 now professionally printed by Kiwakaiju. It's two-sided and has a holographic overlay!
