Has anyone else seen the pdf of an nih staff memo with internal guidance on managing foreign sub award changes? I am trying to verify its authenticity before further circulating. If you have any info, I would appreciate it!

CDC has issued a health advisory alert for the outbreak of Ebola in Uganda, caused by Sudan virus. There is also a Level 2 travel notice (practice enhanced precautions) for travelers to Uganda. Currently there are no cases outside Uganda.
