Mine is that empathy and compassion are crucial practices that we need much more of. When I see people on the right say that empathy is overrated or “empathy is bad actually” I find it deeply disturbing.

Housing should be systematically priced by the square footage alone and regulated to be a minimal cost. People should not be able to own more than one property without a semi-annual permit that does checks on who's paying and why. Rent for any property should be fixed to a minimum as well.
