No extreme weather today - just perfect running conditions. Felt like spring was in the air, even though I know we’ve still got snow and ice ahead. The best part? Met up with my summer tribe. The people I only seem to run with when it’s warm are back. That’s how you know spring has really started.

February (the shortest month) done: 25 hours of running. 🦵 That's my second-highest monthly volume ever. Only October (28h) was bigger... but that one led to overtraining and a month off. #runsky

I have mixed feelings about generational theory. On one hand, I dislike how it totally feeds into ageism. On the other hand, I'm fascinated by how different historical eras leave their mark on people's characters. So how about we look at music as a marker of generations... 🎧

Any guesses why I chose the treadmill today? The picture is a dead giveaway. ❄️👀 (Those hills are cars) Nah, it's interval day anyway. No way around it.

The only beautiful thing about today's run was the attitude profile - it turned out perfectly symmetrical and interesting. As for the rest? I was running so slowly that an oncoming runner didn't even say hi. Pretty sure they mistook me for a pedestrian. At least the graph looks cool 📉📈

Columbia has long since taken over my underwear drawer. Total colonization. 👑 But a quick visit to the women's locker room at the gym suggests I'm totally out of the loop - it's all thongs and lace🌹 in there. I clearly missed the moment when Intimissimi 👄 became a sportswear brand. 🤔

Wiped since Sunday's 2-hr treadmill 😴 But tmrw's workout is at 8:30 (not 6:00 – huge W 🎉). But it means => gym packed w/ hot guys + effortlessly fit girls. And right in the middle of them? Me doing the most ridiculous running drills & looking clumsy af 🤡 Still can't wait to go ❤️

I don’t know how people take photos in this ❄️weather. I literally run into the bathroom fully clothed and need 15 minutes just to thaw out. It’s awful. My hands are so cold it brings tears to my eyes 😭 Can’t complain to my husband though, he’d just tell me off. So I’m complaining to you all instead.
