Hard to believe that 20 years ago, give or take a few days, a reporter and I were loading up some Suburbans for the long drive from Amman to Baghdad to cover the American-led war in Iraq. I still believe that #photojournalism is not dead.

No idea what to expect here, but it’s awesome to see so many new and old friends! I love that this is a decentralized platform and I’m excited by the promise that users will have control over the algorithm and what content they see. Here’s hoping it catches on and that it lives up to the promises.
