Kinda tweaked my back just a little at the gym yesterday. I’m fine, but not 100%. It was on my last exercise of the day. wasn’t even going to do it but felt like I had enough energy for one more lift. Wasn’t even heavy, I just had an awkward first lift. That’s all it takes these days.

One of the best books I’ve read in years. Wow. Couldn’t put it down.

It’s snowing. It’s not anything that will accumulate, but there is snow in Chicago. Just a huge buzzkill after 7 pretty amazing weather days in a row.

Having the windows open the past few days, I forgot how much I enjoy the ambient noise of the city you get during spring-fall. Dogs barking, cars driving by, the brown line passing through every 10-15 mins. So quiet during the winter, it drives me crazy.

The weather here in Chicago is already spectacular this morning. Gonna be almost 60 in a few hours and the sun is out big time
