I genuinely mean that like. the concepts in undertale are pertinent and touching and I love it. but the simplest parts of deltarune are already leagues more complicated than anything Undertale ever asks of the reader. its like. Deltarune Kidz..it's like a rollercoaster.

deltarune puts so much trust into its reader and I think a lot of people playing it are treating it like Undertale or some kind of button mashy shonen hopecore thing you can watch lore breakdowns of on YouTube after half paying attention
