People need to stop with this "Uber/Lyft don't pay congestion pricing" myth. FHVs pay $2.75 surcharge for *each trip* while private cars are capped at $9. FVHs often take 20-30 trips into/out of zone per day, thats up to $75 in fees vs $9. IE...they actually pay more...
