I had a great follow-up appt today with my surgeon. "I don't know how you were functioning on your knee!" He said I am ahead of schedule and I'm already to the flexion and extension numbers I had before surgery, so I'm hopeful those will get better in the next 4 weeks! And I can drive!! 😁

I had an intensive PT session today and then got to get my hair colored! And now, I'm ready for a NAP!

Don't tell my husband but I bought a cast covering for my leg and took THE BESTEST shower the other day. It had been 10 days and I COULDN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE! If I had to wash my hair in the kitchen sink one more time, I was gonna scream.

Before I was discharged, my doctor said the walker was temporary and he wanted me to walk with a cane after day 5. Welp, today was day 5, so I switched between the walker and cane throughout the day. It's definitely something I'm not used to! But it's PROGRESS! 💪
