#transnews The issue being judged is if the lower courts should have made a decision using "heightened scrutiny" which they did not. Heightened scrutiny may infer transgender as a protected class. Transgender is a protected class under ADA. We won't know until July though.

Democratic Party way forward with the Transgender issue as discussed by Michael Smerconish 1. Upon reflection taxpayer funds should not be used for the transition of the incarcerated. 2. When it comes to athletics the goal should be inclusion but not at the expense of fairness.
