My problem as a Dodgers fan now is. I’m also just a baseball fan. And I can’t root against a team. Going for their first title in 32 years. In their hometown. I can’t root against that story. But also I cannot root against Clayton Kershaw in the last game of his career. You see my conundrum here.

Honestly kind of losing it over the fact that *that* US federal department used the freaking LOTR movies and not the books because they are-if not completely illiterate-probably reading at such a low grade reading level that they haven’t/can’t read the books and that tells you a lot about them

Is it a Home Depot trip if you don’t have to go at least twice

I have a lot of thoughts and feelings about Netflix’s announcement about a ‘Crown’ show on the Kennedys but mostly I’m annoyed at media constantly misunderstanding the appeal of successful shows when they try to mimic that success. Like, my dudes at Netflix, The Crown is about a woman.
