I really liked the @portacool story at the @acumatica user conference. The fire, community involvement and even the incredibly rare occurrence of an #ensw #ERP vendor providing economic relief while the customer rebuilt their firm were interesting to hear.

In addition to the @Acumatica Customer BIll of Rights, they also have 3 Innovation Pillars: Responsible, Practical and Valuable.

I kinda miss the old @acumatica user conferences before they went to Vegas. They were small cozy affairs, sometimes in cool venues. I'm trying not to tie my Vegas trip record from 2023 (13). @rwang0 always clocks in more trips but his flights there are shorter than mine. #ensw
