Replaying the SWTOR stories has been fun. I played the game all the time in high school and kept up on updates through college and a few years after. But my last complete story was my second consular that I finished just after starting college so we're at almost ten years

This show is really good so far. The animation style with the painted overlay is probably my favorite of all the animated Star Wars shows.

Alright, all caught up on the 2 new episodes of Maul - Shadow Lord. Yet again, I will not be shutting up about the animation! I love how certain textures and backgrounds feel like they're straight up from a painting. And I really enjoy Sam Witwer's performance as Maul in this. Loving it so far!!!

I'm really loving Maul- Shadow Lord. I love the new characters are great and the pacing in the first four episodes was amazing. Star Wars animation has always been high quality, but this show is exceeding my expectations.

It's unfortunate to me that asexuality in media is presented as less interesting or multifaceted than allosexual identities despite being an orientation that is incredibly varied and can add a lot of dimension to a character or plot line while also providing representation

Empire Strikes Back, but favorite with Star Wars doesn't mean much. Despite watching Star Wars for as long as I remember, I didn't appreciate it until I was 15. I had just read Labyrinth of Evil which made me rewatch ROTS and after that I had to go into the OT.

This cover looks amazing! I need to reread the first and maybe throw in Catalyst and Thrawn 1 to spend more time with Imperial politics. I loved Roanhorse's work with Resistance Reborn so I know this will be great

D- it's a tie between Origins and Veilguard. If I counted my playthroughs before DAI came out, Origins would be in the lead. It's because the different origins/backgrounds allow for more variety in my protagonist. This makes back to back playthroughs easier

I love how Lucanis is confirmed demi. Ace spec romance options are so rare and it's really cool to see. Especially since the romance is well written

Star Wars Outlaws: Low Red Moon has been out for 1.5 weeks and I just wanted to share some of the cool feedback I'd received. I was VERY worried about how the book would land because it's in a weird space of game prequel but also needing to standalone. People have been really happy so far! /thread

@mikechenwriter.bsky.social I'm only 87 pages into Low Red Moon, but I've been loving it from page 1. You've done fantastic and I think you've definitely succeeded with your goals. Your character work with Jaylen and Sliro is so good. I'm invested in Jaylen despite not liking him in the game.

I wanted to replay Warden and Mourn Watch, but I think I need to redo the Veil Jumpers as well. I know some people felt disappointed with that faction, but I really liked it. I liked how my Rook could be someone who joined the Dalish later in life and his while vibe was fun.

My current playthrough of Veilguard is my third time playing this Rook and second time romancing Lucanis. She's a Grey Warden warrior this time, but I still feel she's the same person as the Crow and Mourn Watcher. I feel her chemistry with Lucanis is great and they seem meant for each other.

The closest to how I currently am with Dragon Age was playing KOTOR on repeat when I was 13 and 14. The difference is there are more games and they all take longer and so I haven't reached a ridiculously high number of playthroughs. I hit 50 for KOTOR 1 and around 20 to 30 for KOTOR 2

The Barshas are awful. I'd like to be in Sliro's head but it makes sense we haven't been. The book is stronger for us not getting his pov. The book is making Jaylen and Sliro's motivation make so much more sense. I understand them better than I did. I really need to replay Outlaws

I'm not very far into Star Wars Outlaws: Low Red Moon, but I'm loving it so far. Jaylen is a pretty interesting character in it.

He was cured but doesn't know how it happened nor can he replicate it. He spent years traveling and studied under several mages who had avoided detection by the Chantry. He discovered old documents regarding the First Blight. He didn't find an actual cure, but had a situation like Fiona's.

For a game I haven't really played in years, I think of SWTOR a lot. I had put so much thought into my characters. I created backstories and had their lives post game mapped out. I created relationships between the characters even though they couldn't meet in game.

I appreciated the leveling system's flexibility in Elden Ring. I started as a bandit because it sounded interesting but the play style didn't work for me. I slowly leveled up where I was dual weilding while wearing heavy armor. It worked much better for me.

Looks like my game schedule is DAV replay six and then Elden Ring New Game Plus. Then either Veilguard or Eternal Strands. We'll see what I feel like. I do want at least three playhtroughs of Elden Ring

The levels of which we are winning this culture war are truly astronomical. Bad Bunny aside, on the same day when all the southern baptists had to pretend to like kid rock, we gained Sandi Patty and Chonda Pierce.

Star Wars needs to bring back Temuera Morrison as Boba Fett. Book of Boba Fett had problems but his performance wasn't among them. He was great and deserves more. I love him in the role and I say this as someone who doesn't particularly care for Boba. However, when Morrison plays him I'm excited

I completed Elden Ring and the DLC. Now it's a matter of deciding between a new game plus or replay Veilguard

I finished a year long rewatch of Clone Wars over the summer and then binged it in the fall. I'm already getting the urge to rewatch it again. It's somehow been a comfort show for twelve years.

I'm 40 hours into Elden Ring and I think I'm either always over or under leveled. I'm pretty sure I've never been the appropriate level for whatever I'm doing. Granted I'm bad at games and so the correct level probably feels too low

I want another period in Star Wars publishing like 2016-2017. The High Republic may be the best publishing initiative, but that period felt special. The interplay between Rebels, Rogue One, and the novels was well done. Every story felt like it was building on others and expanding the overall story

I tend to think A. I'm not sure why, I just have a feeling. Probably being overly optimistic

Trials of The Jedi Andor Season 2 Reign of the Empire The Mask of Fear

Finished Star Wars: Master of Evil and really enjoyed it. I think not using Vader as a primary pov character was a good decision. We generally know what Vader's goals are at this time so a different protagonist kept the story engaging.

2025 was pretty much Dragon Age. I'm glad I rediscovered this series at the end of last year. They have helped me through a lot of stress and they may not have had same impact without the ten year break since beating DAI the first time

I'm finally doing a DAI playthrough where I sided with the Templars. I see why people have said the story is better. I love the quest in Redcliffe, but with the Templars, not only does Cole get a better introduction, but it also makes the Venatori feel like a more significant part of the conflict

After finishing my dwarf commoner, I decided to do the Dalish Elf origin even though I always thought I'd skip it. I wanted to play Awakening and Witch Hunt since you have Dalish companions. I'm also hoping, it'll add to DA2.
