Just sent the "HYDRATE, BITCH" reminder to my Wednesday client. Well-hydrated skin makes for a much easier electrolysis sesh. The best way to do that? Hydrate your whole body. Cut down on smoking, weed (even edibles), drink a lot more water, and eat soup. It'll hurt less, this way.

Did electrolysis again for the first time in over 2 months. A little shaky at first (I've got two healing arms), but I've still got it!

I'm recovering from a major surgery and haven't moved a whole lot over the last month. It's okay to be exhausted from running errands. (Self talk to counteract shame.)
