The stupidity in Trump’s new tariffs is apparently limitless. He has introduced a 10% tariff on the British Indian Ocean Territory. The only inhabited island there is Diego Garcia, home to US service personnel. TRUMP HAS PUT A TARIFF ON A US MILITARY BASE 🤡

I got to speak to a civics-themed trivia night hosted by @unitedshestands.bsky.social about LGBTQ+ leaders and support organizations in the area. Check out the crowd they brought out! And having beer available didn’t hurt!

Mitch McConnell voted knowing Tulsi & RFK’s confirmations would go through. He’s not actually trying to stop Trump. If he cared, he would have impeached in 2020 & put an end to Trump then. His votes don’t change the fact that he’s a coward who has been complicit in harming this country.

The complaints from Republicans about who isn’t attending Trump’s inauguration can’t be real. Just 4 years ago, Trump, as the sitting President, did not attend Biden’s. The sitting President & VP will be attending because they believe in democracy, but it’s so much more than Trump deserves.

A couple questions here… is this how egg prices are going to come down? Or is this the plan for peace & to end all wars? Just making some assumptions since we haven’t seen any plans to do either of those two big campaign promises.

If you’re furious that people who made a mockery of our democracy have skirted accountability and are set to retake power, we’re right there with you. But instead of giving in to despair, put your anger to use. We’re not sitting back while Trump and MAGA continue to dismantle our democracy.

Dems should only be doing one thing right now after every idiotic thing comes out of his mouth. “How does this bring down the price of groceries?”

Blind loyalty to a political figure is insane. They are suppose to work for you. Promised to lower grocery prices? You should be mad & push back when they say they can’t do that after being elected.

It’s easy & understandable to be triggered & outraged by all the dumb shit Trump & team are doing/plan to do. But we can’t let them exhaust us. This is a marathon, not a sprint. Do what you can to take care of yourself & save your rage for the things we can impact.
