Ford on Trustees: "Their focus should be spending money with students, with teachers, and working with parents. That's their focus. And what we announced is $750 for each teacher." Per a 2025 FAO report: "real per-student...funding to school boards was...the lowest level over the last 10 years."

When asked when Provincial Supervision will be lifted in Near North DSB, Doug Ford references a story about a board NOT currently under supervision - BHNCDSB. Ford doesn't seem to know why Near North is under supervision.

Police don’t need more money. They have more than enough money. We need to fund our jails to prevent overcrowding leading to extraordinary bail. We need to fund our courts so we can provide the accountability AND access people deserve.

The Ontario Liberals should not be handing checks to the police as measure to address crime. This is embarrassing.
