I've reached a point in managing health and fitness where eating (mostly) food close to nature has become second nature. I just like eating a lot, so I think I'll try to reach and maintain 420 lbs. (currently 435). Weighing 420 for sumo tournament after-parties seems appropriate for me anyway. 😎

Weight loss journey just made me depressed AF even with strength training. I'm gonna try something different. I'm taking up amateur sumo wrestling including (for the most part) the diet. Will I lose weight or get fatter? Who knows? 😂 Sumo content incoming.

Hello World! I am a big guy who loves eating. At my heaviest I was 492 lb. I will get down to my goal weight of 270 lb, and I plan on using calorie cycling to do it. I am planning on documenting this process and maybe I can help others along the way.
