Another day of diverse tasks: - Walking the dogs - Leading a service in the local NCH - Reflecting with my ministry consultant - Chairing a meeting of the local Churches Together All intertwined with prayer.

I've just spent an hour with one of the oldest members of our church. She's in her 90s and full of life and such a joy to be with. Yet she also realises she needs to prepare for the future. We chatted and laughed and dreamed and planned. Just how one should face these sorts of discussions

See skeet from earlier onnfne week. D was back at morning prayer. I ditched the liturgy and listened as they spoke. They spoke of coming from a place atheism, suddenly a few weeks ago, they were overwhelmed by a powerful sense of love in and through all things.

Afternoon! Thursday involve me convening two study groups, bookending my day. At the moment we are exploring together why the @churchofengland.org has got to where it has regards sexuality and gender. Good folks and good open handed discussions. I love their faithfulness

I've realised that I need space to think and dream and plan. If I don't create that space it won't happen. Soooo... I have my diary open and I am scoring out a day a month to enable that space to respond to signs of the kingdom.
