Yesterday in #Seoul, experts gathered at the Goethe-Institut to discuss strengthening ICC jurisdiction over the crime of aggression. Prof. Dr Safferling @safferli.bsky.social highlighted the Nuremberg Principles' legacy as key to reform. ICC Statute amendments may be adopted starting 7 July. #ICC
