This is something I feel strongly about, even though I can’t personally relate. I can’t change society, but as one person — I can do SOMETHING. This is for all my mothers out there (AND men, especially cishet men). But I think everyone should listen:

I hate when people even suggest a solution or “considering” anything. I’m already a highly-analytical, solutions-oriented individual and I meticulously oralize my thoughts in such a fashion that indicates that this is a temporary discomfort with solutions already in the works. (1)
