I literally can't have one bit of good news without being flooded with bad. I got to be happy about my chest surgery for 10 minutes, I've since been sat on the phone to the HMRC desperately trying to get into my account and find out where this £500 fee came from.

It's official, I've been referred for chest surgery! 🥹 I just got a copy of the letter that they sent to the hospital. I started this journey in college. I'm 32 now 😩 It's about time.
