Excited to have a short provocations piece, 'Against Entanglement', in the first issue of American Gothic Studies. In a time of pandemics, militant land grabs, and extinctions, the Gothic uses tales of zombie infections and nuked landscapes to show us the dark side of being entangled with others.

Barbara Cooke and @kerryfeatherstone.bsky.social presented a paper on neuropedagogy at the international AMPS conference in Prague earlier this month. The paper explored how pedagogy informed by neuroscience might instigate and support creativity and insight in the creative writing workshop.
