Since Essex Police gave up on 3rd party reporting, it feels as if the roads of Essex have gotten more hostile/dangerous for vulnerable road users. Have experienced far more close passes, dangerous overtakes, in the last few months than I had in the last few years.

Back from court, guy didn't turn up. The trial proceeded with me giving evidence and then they played the video footage. He was found guilty of assault by beating, now added to the other three charges he plead guilty to.

In court today for an incident from Dec 2023. Guy has already pled guilty to * Intentional Harrasment, Alarm or Distress * Driving without consideration for other road users * Causing criminal damage He plead not guilty to *Assault by beating And this is what we're in court to hear.
