I'm not suited to social media, because when browsing through my feed every ten posts or so I see something that makes me go "Interesting, I need to think about this more" and then I DO. For AGES. And while I'm doing that my feed gets 50 more posts, so basically I can never catch up.

I've read in so many Chinese cooking novels about people putting nuts in their yogurt I decided to try it myself. Really tasty actually! Just some plain yogurt, add a bit of crushed walnuts and just a dash of maple syrup and it's actually very nice. Call me a "nuts in my yogurt" convert.
