Several schools on this list (including my alma mater!) are notorious for funneling law students into prestigious clerkships with known harassers. @thelap.bsky.social Clerkships Database is the only source of candid #clerkship information. I’d go there instead!

With 3 more Justice Alito recusals today due to his (more likely his wife's, but either counts) investments, **31% of all of SCOTUS's OT25 recusals (16 of 52)** are due to the Alitos' stock ownership docs.google.com/spreadsheets.... Justices and their spouses should not own individual stocks.

Time for the judiciary to do the same.
