Spurred by a discussion with running friends: what’s your usual method for trying out a new model of shoe you’ve never run in before? How do you start to incorporate it?

Showed my non-runner boyfriend Strava last night: “so, is this just an app to compare your running to others and feel bad as a result?” I can’t disagree with that take. 😂
