I can feel myself about to have a major anxiety attack…just breathing in & out…today has been…we 2 hours in before noon… I can barely think straight and I’msittibt down to avoid falling… The daily self-control…the tolerance and the triggers…eventually the cracks become bigger.

It’s upsetting how folks don’t hold their people accountable for the actions because they were so called “not” involved or “affected.” Please do better…

I watched “One Battle After Another,” I understand the hype. Very good plot and movie.

All I have is God and myself…day in and day out…I’ve been fighting and giving each day the best that I got…if that means losing people while trying to better myself I’ll accept it. I’m too dependable & loyal

For the holidays I just want a hug from my Nanny or HoneyGirl…I cannot explain how exhausted I am…drifting back to a phase of isolation and depression… I needed to get through my finals last week and needed to be in the best mental space…it seemed that no one could understand or accept it…

I have some of the most unique and beautiful friendships.
