After working with codex 5 and claude code (sonnet 4.5 thinking) for the last month it's not even close. I don't get the hype over codex 5. Claude clears in every task I've tried (albeit swiftui is all I've been doing recently).

How are there no free cell apps without a ton of ads? My in-laws play it all the time and get spammed with ads that are hard to dismiss. I kinda hate this UX pattern.

Looking at my apps and I still have like 20 ish people on iOS 15... I deprecated 15 with the latest versions but it's surprising that that many people are on 15. And only 36% on 26 seems low. Maybe by christmas time folks will upgrade. #ios #indiedev

Been doing zone 2 training this year and I’m pretty happy with how it’s going. Can’t deny results even though running slowly is tough.

Been really enjoying the early access Skate. Had to finagle some stuff to make a new controller work, but in the end it all worked out. It is so fun. THPS 1 + 2 were the last real skating games I played on playstation 1 when I was like 8. This brings the same feelings. #skate4

Took the day off for the kids’ first real day at school as the parent teacher helper. And saw my first app was approved for iOS 26 release date.

I'm still getting this every time I try to edit a file in Xcode and I'm real worried that it's going to persist with the gold version. 😭 I just use another editor and press play in Xcode. As long as I only use it for that it's fine but I can't use swiftui previews and it suuucks.
