I really hate people promoting niche medical diets as bullshit fads to be healthier. It muddies the information out there for people who are actually prescribed these diets to solve a medical problem, while also making a healthy person's life worse.

While indoors today reached 30°C, I guess previously having lived in apartment with +28°C for several months a year has advantages. Granted, I'm not doing/wearing much during the increased temperature, but the past week of +26°C honestly was not too bad. So.. yay messed up thermoreceptors? 🙃
