Didn’t play a ton of games last year that actually released in 2025 but of the ones I did I would pick Ball X Pit as my Game of the Year. However my favorite game I played last year regardless of release date was Dave the Diver. So glad I finally got around to it. Both are fantastic.

2025 was a weird year as my first year completely away from pro wrestling. Followed a new dream that’s currently stalled. Went to EVO and it was amazing. Ended the year kind of rough. 2026 is the time to refocus and I hope it’s a fortuitous year for us all.

It’s cool that people really like Expedition 33 and it’s getting a lot of year end recognition right now and I do think it is very good. That being said it’s essentially just a JRPG but French, done very well. A lot of you who don’t play JRPGs would really like Final Fantasy X if you liked Ex 33.
